Here's a thing you need to know about ToS and Rules \ Laws in general:
Blizzard was completely right and justified in upholding their own ToS as they see fit. However, that doesn't mean those are good ToS and that no reprecussions should come.
Essentially, a law \ rule is a law rule, but if someone thinks this rule is bunch of dogshit, they are absolutely correct to point that out and oppose it.
And to think that the very same ToS clause that was used to yeet the guy for supporting HK was introduced to "protect" marginalized groups.
That's the slippery slope. When such a rule is intentionally made vague to allow for this to happen. Next time you think about a rule that protects a group, make sure you define it in a way that doesn't give leeway for this shit.
There are groups you should protect, but Authoritarian Governments isn't one of them and that needs to be clear.
